FAQ
Questions
- What photo works?
- A clear photo of one person, JPEG, PNG, or WebP, under 8 MB.
- Who can be in the photo?
- You, or someone who authorized you. The permission box has to be checked before the file can be chosen.
- What if it fails?
- The credit is returned. You are not charged a second time for that attempt.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. New accounts start at zero credits; a failed job returns the credit.
- Is there a watermark?
- No watermark is burned into the file.
- Can two people be in the photo?
- The live template takes one person; a group photo with no single subject is not a good upload.
- How long does a video take?
- About 4 minutes in our measured job. The job page updates on its own when the video is ready, and we email you too.
- How long is my video kept?
- Finished videos are kept for 7 days, then deleted. The photo you uploaded is cleared on the same 7-day cleanup.
