Refund if it fails
One credit is held when a job starts. If that job fails, the credit is returned to the same account. You do not send a ticket for that return. A template that is not ready never reaches the charge.
Packs are a single payment through Stripe. Pack credits do not expire. There is no subscription to cancel.
