Privacy
Google sign-in gives us your email, name, and profile image so we can keep an account and a credit balance.
How long files are kept
- Finished videos, and the photo used for them, are deleted 7 days after the video finishes.
- A photo from a failed job is deleted 7 days after the job started.
- A photo uploaded before checkout that is never paid for is deleted after 24 hours.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare: hosting, the database, file storage, and sending our emails.
- Google: sign-in.
- Stripe: payments. We never see your card number.
- fal.ai: before a charge, a Moondream model on fal checks that your photo shows one front-facing person. fal then runs the MiniMax video model that makes the clip, and adds our original backing track to the finished video.
- Google Analytics 4: anonymous usage statistics and conversion counts.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymous session replays and heatmaps. Photos, videos, names and emails are masked.
- Plausible (self-hosted at plausible.shipsolo.io): cookie-free page and event counts.
We ask fal not to keep request history, and files in fal storage are set to expire after about two hours. We do not sell your data, and we do not sell subscriptions.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics run only on crazyfrogvideoai.com. We send event names such as sign-up, upload, checkout, purchase, generate and share, with the pack, price or share platform. We never send your email, name, photo or video to an analytics tool.
- Sign-in (authjs.* cookies): keeps you signed in. Needed for the site to work.
- trendclip.analytics-consent: remembers if you turned analytics off. Kept for 1 year.
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*): tells visits apart to count usage and purchases. Up to 2 years.
- Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk, plus Microsoft's CLID and MUID): groups pages into a session for replays and heatmaps. Up to 1 year.
- Plausible: sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
Plausible sets no cookies, so it runs for everyone. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity depend on where you are, based on the country our host reports for your connection:
- In the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the UK and Switzerland, and whenever your country is unknown, we show a banner. GA4 and Clarity load only after you press Accept. If you press Reject or ignore the banner, they stay off.
- Everywhere else, GA4 and Clarity load by default. You can turn them off with the button below.
The button below turns GA4 and Clarity off (or back on) in this browser. To stop Plausible as well, block plausible.shipsolo.io in your browser. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out add-on.
